ELIGIBILITY

Black Card Membership requires the Member to be 50 years of age or older and must have a valid government-issued ID.

Owners of approved retirement and golfing groups including consortiums of like minded individuals can also apply for a Black Card
Membership in the Name of the registered Entity. -
All other memberships require an individual to be 18 years of age or older and must have a valid government-issued ID
MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY AND TRANSFERABILITY

Membership is valid for 10 Years from date of purchase.

Membership is renewable for a further 10 years provided Option is exercised within 3 years of taking up original Membership.

Membership is freely transferable but not transferable after death of Member

Members must comply with all resort rules and regulations.

Membership fees are non-refundable.
